The perfect location for small team events
As a matter of principle, DRUM OLE allows us to get to any event location throughout Europe and usually conducts our shows and workshops in a variety of locations. But who is a small team and is looking for a nice location in the Rhine-Neckar area (about 10km away from Mannheim, 30km from Heidelberg), who can organize his event in our own location.
Our DRUM OLE Club! is ideal for small team events, conferences, lectures, Christmas parties, private occasions and parties. The function room is equipped with complete technology (audio and video technology) and stage, in addition, the small foyer area can be used. A small space for the catering is also available. In addition, we have a small outdoor area with a gazebo, which can be used at events. A sufficient basic technical equipment is available, on request, further technology, furniture and catering can be rented.
The rental of the Baff Club is ideal for team building events, company celebrations, as a supporting program for seminars or private events: The DRUM OLE Club near Ludwigshafen am Rhein offers a perfect space for your individual supporting program - here the place is rocked! Our location is suitable for events up to 50 people and has an exceptional seating, which is not only suitable for sitting.
We offer the following basic equipment in the DRUM OLE Club:
- Audio technology with microphony and sound of the room

- Projector technology for presentations, films, etc.
- Additional room for buffet or changing room
- Anteroom with bar tables for reception

- Seating with stools or chairs
For the rent of our own location in Mutterstadt we charge you the following services:
- Rent of the event room incl. Technology and equipment: € 220, - per day
- Personnel costs on the spot: € 120, - per day
- Catering and drinks on site: on request / consumption
We are happy to take care of the catering or surrounding hotel accommodation for your guests.
